Family run hotel with very nice staff near to Llanes. A wonderful beach is just 100 meters away. Rooms are clean. A very good hotel for a holiday close to the beach and the mountains.
Walls of the rooms are quite "thin". You can hear the noise of the neighbours' rooms.

The staff at Miracielos were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even though there was a language barrier with us not speaking Spanish. We were offered the use of a secure garage to park our motorcycles without even asking or being charged. The hotel itself is brilliantly located, peaceful and close to a beautiful beach. There were not many bars or restaurants neardby, and because I presume our visit was out of season, very few were open and we ended up travelling to Llanes for dinner etc.
The hotel itself is excellent, although there are not many restaurants or bars nearby.

Although it's not right on the beach, the hotel has a nice bar and open air section, as well as a room for playing games etc if it rains. Above all, though, I appreciated the kindness of the staff. Fernando at reception helped with looking up flights on the internet and all kinds of other tourist questions. He was always kind and polite. I became rather ill for a day and he offered lots of help. The breakfast they offer is very good and you can linger over it and enjoy as many cups of fresh coffee as you like.
The room was smallish and the plumbing rather noisy, but it was clean and everything worked properly.

Friendly staff , great location for beaches and trips into the Picos.Clean comfortable room with bath/shower.Quiet when we were there end of May.
As with most Spanish hotels all the tiles made noise resonate a bit, you might notice noisy people in adjacent rooms.

The atmosphere in the hotel is really extremely friendly and easy going. I'm not 100% sure, but I had a feeling that this is a "family run" business. All the employees were really very kind to our kids, played with them and talked to them - in Spanish or some German even. From tehh hotel you just cross the small street in order to get to a wonderfull beach (not even 5 min. Walk) The sand is white and the water wasn't as cold as I thought (Middle September, at least 20 degrees Celsius). As I forgot the cable to my laptop I was just spontaniously allowed to use the computer at the reception for free. (I was just sitting 3 hours at the reception table using this computer and there was no problem for anyone (this is what I meant with easy going....). I could even make some prints. This really saved my life as I had an important work to be done. The breakfast room is very spacious with a lot of light. Officially it's only continental breakfast (so butter, jam, nutella, and croissants, toasts or bread but without any problem you can get extra local ham or cheese. WIFI-for free. Parking space only for guests and also for free. Check out was till 2 P.M. which I found very generous. We could still go to the beach on our last day and have a shower afterwards. By the way -we had room nr. 1 and had a bath which was very nice for our kids (1 and 4 years old). What I also liked were the colours on the room-walls-different kind of green - everything fresh done.We also got a nice suggestion to go the the bar at the camping place, 100m from Miracielos. This was really good: a huge daily menue (3 courses, incl bread and wine) for 8,50 EUR!!!!and a spectacular view to the ocean. This was muuuuuchh better than the super-expensive restaurant in the Barro main street which belongs top Quintamar Hotel management. Thank you for being fair (even if you had your own snacks to offer) for advising us for this bar! We would definitely come back!
The only small minus is a size of rooms. But this is a general problem in Spain and France - this is my experience till now.I Think -double room is just perfect in this hotel, but we had a 3 bed room and it seemed not to be bigger than a double room. In fact this was the double room with an extra bed inside. (The same we had in Madrid). At the end of the day we were almost all the time outside, so not a big problem at all! And after having so much nice things described above this was still acceptable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from a stunning beach. We loved being able to walk there in just a minute. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was absolutely delicious and set us up for the day.
